I assure you the first thing you are going to think of is how do we get out of this contract!! 8 months in....service support terrible. Apps average . Just really bad decision. Any money you save you will triple your cost in wasted time with support.

Not ready for prime time. We went with them for price but install, training service all severely lacking. Under 10 phones maybe... We have 60 users and need service and support. They are non existent after the sale. Just really bad experience. 6 months to go on contract and we are counting the days.

Product is fraudulently advertised. It is NOT QUICK, NOT EASY to install. Crappy software prevents multiple users. Basically, you've been swindled by slick lies in advertising. Worst feature: clunky, crappy software. Customer chat is totally worthless. Don't waste your time. You'll probably junk it after a short time.
