RingCentral - Auto renew contract is a scam
I've been with ringcentral for several years. I need to downgrade service and now I am being told that my contract auto renewed and I am stuck paying for more than I need for another 8 months. BEWARE!!! The service is great and this is completely unexpected for a company that has otherwise been great.
