Our phones were down for extended periods , they didn't return calls!They ported our number from bright house without our permission despite our canceling their service , causing us to be closed for almost a day ,then they blamed bright house which was lies !

Still have not refunded our money despite multiple promises so don't give them your credit card number ! Had to call Amex to dispute charge ! Very few of their staff are understandstandable as the rest are in some overseas call center so could care less !

Call me before switching to get the truth about this scam as it looks ans sounds good but beware for the worst experience of your life !Sam 407 923 2223.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

I have to agree.These guys completely screwed up a good thing.

One day I get an email from a client "your number is ringing to a locksmith".

I called RingCentral, they don't even have record of my account, like I never existed.I have been a paying subscriber for 3 years and now lost my number and service.
