Our phones were down for extended periods , they didn't return calls! They ported our number from bright house without our permission despite our canceling their service , causing us to be closed for almost a day ,then they blamed bright house which was lies !

Still have not refunded our money despite multiple promises so don't give them your credit card number ! Had to call Amex to dispute charge ! Very few of their staff are understandstandable as the rest are in some overseas call center so could care less !

Call me before switching to get the truth about this scam as it looks ans sounds good but beware for the worst experience of your life ! Sam 407 923 2223.

I have to agree. These guys completely screwed up a good thing.

One day I get an email from a client "your number is ringing to a locksmith".

I called RingCentral, they don't even have record of my account, like I never existed. I have been a paying subscriber for 3 years and now lost my number and service.
