Here is a lesson for everyone.I saw the bad reviews and thought it was just a few people that were sour so we moved ahead with them anyway.
How can a well known company be so bad right? It is... I mean it really is bad. I went to a technology conference and talked to my counterparts at other companies and ALL of those Ring Central clients had a bad experience too.
It was not just 1 or two companies it was everyone. I had to keep asking just to make sure it was not just me. Delivery, install, customer service, billing... all of it is just disappointing.
My take away is that if you see enough people on line willing to give up their day and tell others how bad of an experience they had with a product the total number of people who did not make the same effort could be staggering. Lesson Learned - "Reviews Matter".
This company is a long ways away from handling business clients.Save yourself and run.
