I was with this company for 3 years- They have terrible customer service and the service is hard to navigate. Finally, I was able to find another provider Grasshopper who is delightful and very easy to navigate.
When I went to cancel Ring Central, they put me on hold 3 times for over 20 minutes each to where I had no choice but to hang up.
Later they called and said they could NOT CANCEL MY ACCT! I have never signed any contract and they state that they are unable to cancel. Unbelievable! I ended up having to cancel my payment method, with no other choice.
Called my bank and had to report this as fraudulent activity.
I also emailed and chatted twice to know avail. UGH
