Services

This is the worst service that I have been received on my life. Their customer and services are the worst, three days without service because their mistake !!!!!!

Fraudently use of Debt Card to gain RingCentral Account

i have been trying since August of 2015 to get Ring Central to refund me my money. My debit card was fraudulently used to purchase a Ring Central account. I provided my bank statement showing the amount fraudulently taken from my account, approximately $17,000.00. I have jumped through hoops, talked to numerous service representatives, but still no refund. I know I need to retain an attorney, but can't afford one. I live in Alabama.To my knowledge Ring Central does not operate in my state, therefore how could I have purchased this account?

Not receiving services

From the beginning we have had enormous Issues with this company! We paid for services and there were a lot of interruptions in the services! The company did not forward our calls in 2 to 3 month causing enormous loses in our business! Then them finally suspended our services after we were due to receive a refund of a mere £80! I would not recommend using this service due to this circumstances!

Consumer Complaints

Too many issues here. Our phone disconnected 2 in less than a week! No refunds received after we did not receive services for 2 to 3 months causing huge losses in our Business! Very disappointed!

Harrassment

I closed my account with Ring Central last January after terrible service while my husband was in hospital dying of covid. No one could get in touch with me. They have now started bombarding me with e-mails saying I had to updateDo my payment details. I cannot contact them no matter how I try.

Despite numerous phone calls all attempts to get RingCentral to refund money fraudulently taken from my debt card there has been no response. I never authorized almost $17,000.00 for RingCentral ser.

On August 11, 2021 my debt card was fraudulently used to purchase almost $17,000.00 in RingCentral service. My bank account and debit card were hacked. I have no account number because someone else opened an account with my card. Someone from RingCentral managed to track the account by using my phone number and my email address. I was asked for the debt card number but I closed the card when I saw the transactions on my bank account. All i can remember of the number is the last four digits - 6883. Please someone help me. I am on SSA disability and need my money.

Stay Away - or be prepared to bully them back

I just spent 1:45 mins on the phone, they wanted me to pay >$3,500 cancelation fee because I am canceled 5 weeks after my "Contract Renewed". I pointed out that they are not providing my any service. I no longer have a phone number with them, no access to an account. They can't charge me for services not rendered. It took a lot of work, but I got them to cancel immediately by not backing down. Any company that forces you to go to a Cancelation Department to cancel your plan means they will do everything they can to not let you cancel.

Terrible communications

2.5 hours thus far trying to get my card info updated. Horrible communication (ironic for a telecom company). They insist the card is invalid, but the bank verifies it is active, and in fact they posted two 15 cent payments. I am literally wasting 2.5 hours of my time trying to deal with this, and I am still on hold!!

Auto renewal of contract

We are in the same boat. We are a RingCentral partner. Phone service has been great but we decided recently to save some money during the pandemic and we ported our #'s out and deployed in house pbx. Called to cancel to be told we were under contract through 2023. It's time to move all of our customers out. If I fulfill my contract I should roll month to month. Have the ability to negotiate for a better deal, move on, upgrade or downgrade. I instantly sold all my ringcentral stock and will block their invoices to my credit card if they do not resolve and move all our clients to another solution.

They do not return phone calls or emails ever

I called to cancel my account and stop auto renewal. 5 phone calls, 3 emails. and this "Pissed" forum. NOT ONE RESPONSE. And they renewed the account for $179. For the record on each message, I included the request "please cancel my account and autorenewal"

How do I know RingCentral will work?

I still dont know if my doctors appointment will go through. The doctors are Laggs Spine/Injury are for pain management. They asked me to sign up with the App for RingCentral. I did but have no idea how they can connect with me. The App has no information about my phone number so far.

I need to be out of Contract of four Years

I don't know where to start with Ringcentral. If I have to choose only one sentence to describe them, I would say THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST! I signed up with them in May of 2016. I had encounter connection issues from the beginning, but not too bad so the times that I called them to try to get some issues resolved. They couldn't fix App glitches etc. Any how, I learn to live with some of the issues. They're Customer service is a nightmare and the account Managers are always quitting, I don't blame them. The last thing that happened was bill related, is quarantine please don't mess with people's money. My bill went up double the amount, without any reason, as I had not made any changes on my account since I signed up four years prior. I run a small Business, and I never made any changes to account since I opened it. so, how did the bill went up double what I was paying. I was transfer to the account Manager who said she couldn't help me, and could't give me an explanation for the double increase. She told me someone in tech support needed to assist me. I was on hold for ever for a tech person who supposedly was going to fix the problem that magically appeared on my bill. However this person said that the account manager (Abba) was the one who was suppose to fix my problem, and didn't understand why she transfer me over to him. By the time he (Jason) telling me this, I have already been on the phone for 1 hours and a half, I kid you not! I then lost my patience and said how does the cancelation process go? and the guy right away transfer me to the cancellations department. The cancellations Department told me that I could not even consider leaving because I was under a contract. I could not believe my ears. I am still under a contract, even though I had been with them for four years? How is this possible? He then told me that every year they automatically lock me in to a new contract without my permission. How in the world is this even legal? The guy was like let me ask my Manager If we can waive this, left me on hold again. Came back after a while to tell me, ok it was approved you've been cancelled. I am like hello, you can't just cancel my account without warning. I am running a business. He was like, "I thought that's what you wanted" He said I already Cancelled it. I mean seriously, this is not a personal number. Is a business number, and after four years of loyalty, you do this to me without warning.There it is, this is how they do business. I hung up and was going frantic, crying and wondering how I ended up with a cancelled business line. There you have me again calling them almost crying and begging for my service back. I told the sales guy, I only ask about the procedure, I didn't ask for an immediate cancellation. All I need it was to be on a Month to Month. He refused, and said he wouldn't reinstate the account unless I was back on a contract, a year contract. At this point,I feel hopeless, God please help me! Is it too much to ask to be on a Month to Month? after four years. Is there a lawyer that can help me? any body? Any tips?

RingCentral - AUTO RENEWED CONTRACT

Im trying to down grade and they are telling me that my contract auto renewed a couple days ago and that I cant stop auto renew unless I contact them 30 days before and my Rep Ryan told me that he would reach out to me before my contract was over before I renewed it. And its impossible to get a hold of someone over there to talk to. Ive been on hold for an hour already so far. And with this COVID 19 stuff going on they cant even get ahold of their own people internally.
