This is a contract you can never escape from. They will keep charging you for their shitty service no matter what.
We had them for about three years and they were tied into one of our company credit cards so we never missed a payment or were late ever until the cards expiration date passed which we didn't realize and they couldn't get a payment on the due date which we weren't aware of because they never called or sent a letter, they just cut the service off.
I spent about an hour on the phone with them trying to figure out why my line was dead before they finally figured out that I was 10 days past the due date. this is an auto renew contract type scam so even though our original contract is done with them it looks like we are tied in for another year.
