After several months of paying for RingCentral fax service, i attempted to cancel. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago.

Good luck with that! You must speak with a live representative, which takes forever. Then you are transferred from agent to agent. Put on hold repeatedly, calls dropped, etc.

I am in my 4th week of trying to cancel. Do not get involved with this company!

I suppose that $12.99/month/customer is very profitable, but not profitable enough to provide adequate customer service! PissedConsumer wanted 100 words, but I am having a hard time coming up with 100 words that are fit to print to express my frustration with this company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ringcentral Subscription.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Company improve customer service.

I didn't like: Customer service not responding, Poor customer service.
